We are part of the St Ives Group (www.st-ives.co.uk) set up to be an alterative to big consultancy, big technology and big integration by focusing on the provision of granular subject matter expertise and experience.
This is a key role for Bench reporting in to the Director of Consulting and acting as the Directing lead of the Act part of our business you will have experience in the design and architecture of data & marketing technology solutions for large and small client organisations.
You will have extensive experience in existing technology and be naturally inquisitive towards new technology but with a healthy dollop of realism about how emerging technology can be applied to create immediate and long-term value.
You will be the key architect of the technology solutions we recommend for our clients with a generalist understanding of the how the following can be integrated in a tech landscape to solve a challenge:
- Master Data Management toolsets (traditional & graph)
- Data Management Platforms
- Single Customer View technology
- Cross Channel Campaign Management tools
- Data Insight and Analysis tools in all their guises
- Commerce Platforms and Toolsets
- Content Management
- AI and Bots and how these can be applied across the above
Experience in IBM, Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe, SAS, Pitney Bowes & Salesforce technologies would be a help.
You will have strong understanding of connectivity for example SSIS, API, and native integrations and their advantages and limitations and the skills required to deliver them. You will also be able to ascertain and pinpoint clearly where issues can occur.
You will be able to articulate in compelling ways in both written and verbal form the why behind your architecture. You will also be able to review and audit existing technology stacks to ascertain gaps or lack of use.
You will be able to support both Clients in their growth and development of solutions and work with New Business Team to help secure new clients. This includes responding to requests for proposals from clients and prospects.
You will be able to represent the company in the market and be able to talk confidently about your subject matter.
You will be able to direct and manage both our internal experts and our external partners making sure we maintain our reputation for subject matter expertise.
