Insight Analyst - Customer Behaviour & Data Analysis 

Bench Talent are working with a leading housing association in North Kent to identify a talented Insight Analyst to join their Insights team. This is a perfect role for a candidate with previous experience of analysing, customer behaviour and large data sets as well as market research, you will be able to enhance your skill set through tools such as SPSS, SAS, Excel and R. (not limited to)

The growing realisation of the benefit of using data to draw insights to improve service quality has led the company to increase their demand for an Insight Analyst, joining an already existing small team.

Your Key responsibilities in this role will be:

  • Gain an insight into customer experience by analysing customer feedback, identifying the positives and customer pain points
  • Developing the company’s customer feedback mechanisms including their Real-Time customer feedback system
  • Engaging with internal stakeholders to carry out insight analysis projects
  • Analyse and report on data held in central systems (CRM, housing management system, data warehouse)
  • Carry out primary research with customers and stakeholders

The most successful applicant to this role will have:

  • A degree standard of education, with particularly strong statistical element (eg. Mathematics, Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics) and/ or professional equivalent (e.g. MRS Advanced Certificate)
  • Preferably 2 + year’s experience of using data analysis software such as SPSS, SAS, R, STATA or Tableau
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly in Microsoft Excel
  • A good understanding of quantitative research methodologies and appropriate statistical analysis techniques
  • Experience of applying statistical models to practical business situations/ problems
  • Very clear communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical/ senior audiences

Desirable:

  • Experience in Market Research/ CRM/ a customer satisfaction setting/ data analyst position
  • Advanced quantitative methods including regression modeling
