CRM Strategist / Direct Marketing Planner

Bench Talent are currently on the lookout for a CRM Strategist and Direct Marketing Specialist to support clients in making their ideas and initiatives come to life. Creating strategy plans and briefs for multi channel marketing campaigns, targeted on customer retention and customer experience.

The CRM Strategist / Direct Marketing Planner sits within the Planning team at Edit, previous agency experience is essential and a strong background in communicating and liaising with stakeholders on marketing strategy and customer marketing campaigns is key to being successful in this role.

Based in Edit’s brand new shiny offices, a stone’s throw Bath Spa Station you will be in the heart of the city and be surrounded by a vibrant team. It is essential that our Planning Managers are comfortable drafting and presenting to Clients and internal audiences and has the ability to support the presentation of data to life in an interesting and informative way highlighting both tactical and strategic data uses.

Strategic capabilities required:

  • Leading the engagement with performance marketing clients
  • Setting strategic goals for the clients you are managing
  • Offering strategic advice to performance marketing stakeholders
  • Interpreting data and generating data visualisations to demonstrate business value
  • Leading the engagement with performance marketing clients

Additional capabilities required:

  • Understanding that data can be manipulated for analysis
  • Experience in working within a Direct Marketing function either agency or client-side is required
  • Experience of supporting the development of a data-driven strategy for clients, from the planning stage to evaluation, including developing targeting strategies
  • Experience of providing a strategic sounding board for your Clients
