Bench Talent are on the lookout for a CRM Manager to join our clients’ growing marketing team! Our client are a well-established & popular Art Gallery and, the successful candidate will be responsible for playing a key role in their digital strategy by transforming how they communicate with their audiences.


  • Lead the email marketing strategy, planning and execution
  • Audit & Segment database and email marketing lists
  • Implement improvements according to CRM best practice and business goals
  • Liaise with the sales team to develop insights into the database
  • Collaborate with various teams to manage the database, and to grow the database and develop Insights
  • Ensure management of contacts’ data and all communication is compliant with the latest legislation
  • Liaise with in-house developer to optimise database to meet business requirements
  • Improve design of campaign emails and ecommerce emails
  • Create and deliver targeted email campaigns
  • Implement lifecycle emails
  • A/B testing, reporting, analysis and optimisation
  • Assist Sales and Executive teams with mail merge sends

Key skills

  • Experience with commercial luxury brands
  • Experience with CRM systems and ESPs (Mailchimp)
  • Numerate and analytical; ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Working knowledge of data compliance
  • Pro-active, inquisitive and flexible
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with Google Analytics and Microsoft Office
